Allan Goldfarb's primary focus is working with and advising owners and principals of closely-held and family businesses. This includes work on formation and termination of business and professional entities and associations (including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and proprietorships), purchases and sales of businesses, contractual matters, employee benefit plans, and other aspects relating to business and personal estate planning. In addition, Mr. Goldfarb has extensive experience in probate and estate matters, including tax planning and filings with the IRS.
Mr. Goldfarb was selected for inclusion in the 2019 edition of Texas Super Lawyers (Estate Planning and Probate) by the publishers Thomson Reuters. Mr. Goldfarb was also included in the 2020 edition of Best Lawyers in America (Corporate Law, Litigation-Trusts and Estates) published by Woodward/White. Mr. Goldfarb was selected as El Paso Best Lawyers Corporate Lawyer of the Year in 2011, El Paso Best Lawyers Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year in 2015 and El Paso Paralegal Association Outstanding Attorney in 2016.

Aaron Goldfarb's practice focuses probate, estate, and trust administration, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and entertainment law (with an emphasis on music). Aaron routinely appears in probate courts throughout Texas. Aaron also has experience representing auto dealers in front of the Department of Motor Vehicle Board and in contested cases heard by the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH).
In addition to his legal practice, Aaron is a professional musician and has performed at SXSW, The Austin Jazz Festival, Spirit Fest, and the Plaza Classic Film Festival. Aaron's original music has recently been featured on the Fox Series, "9-1-1-: Lone Star".
Aaron is a Pro Bono Attorney for Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts (TALA).
Thomas Kelly joined the firm as a paralegal in 2020 after serving as a paralegal for the legal division of Texas Legislative Council in Austin during the 85th and 86th legislative sessions. At the Texas Legislative Council, Thomas was responsible for conducting legislative history research, case law research, and bill drafting for nearly all of the Texas Codes.
